As you arrive at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel, you will find 170 parking spaces of which 4 are reserved for blue badge holders, 2 at the front of the hotels main entrance and 2 at the back of the hotel. There is also an area located directly outside the main entrance for dropping off and picking up only. An automatic door leads into the hotel.
If you need assistance with luggage or equipment, our team of porters and concierge are on duty 24 hours.
The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. The reception desk is 103 cm high although check-in can also be completed whilst sitting in the lounge.
You will be offered a personal check-in service with a full explanation of the hotel's facilities together with a familiarisation tour if required. Assistance is available to help take your luggage to your room.
Reception staff will also brief you on our evacuation policy and please note on your registration card if assistance is needed in the event of an evacuation.

To the left of the main reception are the lifts to all floors for bedrooms.
The Bridgewood Manor Hotel has 2 purpose built disabled rooms on the ground floor.

In the event of fire alarm activation these rooms have both a sounder and a visual flashing light. In the event of an emergency a member of the team will assist with your evacuation if necessary. Fire evacuation advice is provided on the back of your bedroom door.
There are no steps or slopes on the main corridors and public areas on the ground floor.
All the restaurant, bar and lounge facilities at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel are located on the ground floor making them easily accessible.
All lifts have audible enunciation in event of alarm and tactile buttons at standard height.
Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor off of the main lobby.
There is good network coverage for mobile phones within the hotel. All networks work.
Our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor and are fully accessible from Reception. Hearing loops are available upon request in advance. Lighting can be dimmed where required.

Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor off of the main lobby.
The leisure club is located on the ground floor. A member of the leisure team will show you the facilities and assist with access to the swimming pool and spa. A dedicated accessible toilet and changing area is located within the leisure club, as well as a wheel in shower room with drop down seat and appropriate grab rails. Access to poolside is down 5 steps and our team are on hand to provide any assistance to the poolside. There are steps with a handrail into the shallow end of the pool.
The patio area can be accessed via three ground floor doors which is level and paved.
There are no outdoor facilities.
Alternative means of transport
If not travelling by car, the nearest bus stop that takes you to Rochester is located opposite Asda, the bus stop at Asda goes towards Maidstone. Board bus 101 either way.

The nearest train station is located at Chatham which is three miles away.
The town centre is just 10 minutes by taxi, car or bus.
